We continue the Inspire Sports Academy Lockdown Workout Series with reigning SEA Games pole vault gold medalist and record holder, Natalie Uy.  In this episode, Natalie shares what she calls an “entire body workout” which also comes with some intense warmup exercises that will surely give you a good sweat.

Natalie was born and raised in the States - her father is from Cebu, Philippines while her mom is from Ohio, USA.  She played multiple sports growing up until she fell in love with pole vaulting.  After last year’s SEA Games, she moved to Kentucky to train full-time for the Tokyo Olympic qualifiers.

Credit goes to the @o.c.dawgs for Natalie’s background music, “Pauwi Nako” (“I’m Going Home”), and the rest of the country hopes to welcome her back home soon!
