​​​We resume the Inspire Sports Academy Lockdown Workout Series today with Philippine National Fencing Team sensation, 2-time SEA Games medalist and 2-time UAAP champion, Maxine Esteban.

In today’s episode, Maxine shares with us her very challenging home workout in which she takes us through warm-ups and a series of exercises that covers the entire body with a bonus exercise at the end.

Maxine, a Management Engineering sophomore at Ateneo who plays the violin just as masterfully as she wields her sword, once competed using her off-hand (left) after injuring her fencing hand in a freak accident that took months to heal. She has an even bigger heart outside of fencing - she’s been “soliciting” fencing equipment from the different fencers she’s met and competed against around the world for the kids she teaches and also for other kids who want to take up the sport.
