We kick off a new week and a new episode with none other than the ’s Golden Girl of Wushu, Agatha Wong. Fresh off her dominant double-gold performance in the 2019 SEA Games, this 21-year old College of St. Benilde Consular and Diplomatic Affairs graduate takes us through a 20-minute upper body workout.
Agatha was into swimming, karate, and even ballet before she fell in love with wushu. This love is very clear in her otherworldly accomplishments in the sport 💪🏼
