Episode 9 of the Inspire Sports Academy Lockdown Workout Series brings you our “Captain’s Workout” by National-U Men’s and Women’s Volleyball team captains, James Martin Natividad and Risa Sato. They provide an end-to-end workout from warm-ups to cool down exercises so this is an exciting one to try out at home.

James, the UAAP Season 79 Rookie of the Year, led the Bulldogs to last year’s UAAP championship and was named Best Opposite Spiker. He was looking to lead the team to a 3-peat this year before the season was officially cancelled.

Risa, a 25-year old Fil-Japanese middle blocker who also plays for the PVL champions Creamline Cool Smashers, is described as someone who “leads by example” by her teammates.
