CAMP WITH US AND CONQUER YOURSELF
Inspire Sports Academy’s Sports Camps are for big groups or teams with at least 15 participants. This program is recommended for teams or groups on a weekend or for the summer. Individual day programs are also available.

We offer weekend and week-long age-appropriate and sport-specific camps. Weekend camps are for polishing and preparing a young athlete or team for competition. It may also be a sample of what can be availed at Inspire Sports Academy.
Week-long camps are designed to be holistically progressive. An athlete or team will go through an initial assessment and undergo physical conditioning to improve strength, endurance, speed, agility, quickness, and efficient
movement patterns. They can likewise avail of our specialized programs in sport psychology, team dynamics, and sports nutrition.
