Strength & Conditioning are the building blocks towards better athletic performance. The discipline in sports starts in investing on one’s body. This course is designed accordingly with age-safe workouts as well as selected exercises for sports specificity. You may also have this bundled with another Inspire Virtual Summer Camp like basketball or volleyball! Get ready to workout!
